Kids Night Out Weekly Sign Up

Thank you for signing up your child for Kids Night Out in July. This helps us with planning/set up and for contact tracing.   

Here are a few Things You need to Know: 

• Please register each child individually 
• Screening of Covid-19 is done at check-in
• Individuals or families will be asked to enter the building one at a time in order to maintain physical distance in the entry way 
• A parent or guardian will need to sign their child in and out of KNO
• Children will have their own craft kit to use to limit contact with other children's material 
• Masks are required to be worn at KNO while we are inside the building  
• We will be practicing physical distancing inside 
• Snacks will not be provided at this time 
• Please limit personal items  

Kids Night Out starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:30pm. Doors open at 5:50pm.
